设施比较老旧了，去口岸还算方便，步行15分钟，周边比较荒凉，晚上看不见几个人。好在黑河比较小，随便打车也没多少钱，

没有四星的标准，房间里连水都不放一瓶，下次不去了，带着孩子去的，下午两点飞机，1点30离开的，延迟退房服务也没有br唯一的亮点是早晨在19楼旋转餐厅，虽然没开旋转，边看风景边吃早晨的感觉很赞
