需要提出来的是，酒店工作人员的旅游业务不熟，明明温泊景区下午六点半才关门，却告诉我们四点半关门。好在我们没听她们的，自己去了，很从容地看完了温泊景区。希望作为旅游酒店，能够将各个景区的基本信息了解清楚，才能提高服务水平，提升性价比！酒店司机杜师傅服务好，要点赞！卫生间应该有香皂或者洗手液，不能只有洗手液的盒子成摆设。早餐的性价比应该还要提高。客房没有电梯，而且还要步行，建议能为老同志拿拿行李，而不仅仅是带个路。前台的服务应该要有微笑，与免费的景区接送车服务相配合才更好了

先说优点：1，酒店床品很舒服，质量好，可以睡个好觉，2，洗澡水又热又大，很过瘾，3，床头有两个USB接口，适合躺床上看手机充电。缺点：1，服务态度较差，拉肚子想找点药，前台服务员态度冷漠，不光没有一句关心问候的话，还感觉有点看热闹的意思，2，房间非常小，没有放行李的地方。3，早餐太次，取餐台地方小，人一多就排长队，碰上一两个插队的，服务员也不管，整个餐厅乱乱哄哄，吃饭像打仗。
