订了两个豪华大床房 结果到店被告知没有房 要加钱升级 最后协调换成标间也没返差价 如果真的没有房间我都能理解 结果住店后发现好多房间都是空的 六楼还没热水 找前台等了半小时才有水 新装修有味道 很差的体验 望诚信经营
