  房间电话是坏的，遥控器没电了，厕所出的热水近乎冷水。大年三十的晚上，酒店员工应对一言难尽，问我想要什么，虽然最后换了房，但是请记住，我出了钱，是要一间能提供正常设施的酒店，我反馈问题是你们提出解决方案，不是问我想干啥。 酒店卫生做的不错。
