我们是从南京自驾到横店的，开车开了五个小时，晚上九点从南京出发的，夜里2:12分到达酒店，我是在网上预付款的，上个月订的苏州的酒店晚上没有入住酒店会打电话来询问，这边酒店没有打电话过来确认，我心想我钱都付过了应该会给我们保留房间的，谁知道到达酒店前台没有人，打无数电话没有人接，在前台喊了很久没有人出来。我老公后来在前台拼命大喊几声，前台后面的小屋子才出来一个服务员，这睡的还真是沉啊！我们夫妻带了两小孩，所以订的是标间两张床，服务员说没有标间了要给我一个床的房间，我说不好睡，后来把我们带到一个屋子好像是员工休息的一个房间，一张大床一张小床，空调效果也差，床也简陋，床脚那里把我和孩子的腿都磨破皮了。哎，这么晚了就将就吧，洗了一把澡，赶紧休息一下，睡到7点钟我们就离开了。真是非常糟糕的住处。

这个酒店也真是太烂了！取个大酒店以为有多高档！卫生竟然连家庭旅馆都不如！卫生间马桶盖上周围全是尿！卫生间臭的要死！杯子水壶都有味道，很脏！肯定都没洗更别说消毒了。床单也是破的。桌子上的灰尘厚的可以写字了。关键他价格还很贵！！这么贵卫生条件这么差的酒店不倒闭真是奇迹。真是太坑爹了！大家千万别选！

百合花的单人间真心坑爹吖，房间小得可以，厕所很脏很烂，整个房间就一个插座，插上看电视，手机都没得充
