因为位置选择这家酒店，但因为服务彻底反感这家酒店。在艺龙提交订单预付后，到酒店前台足足等了半个小时，还是无法入住，期间多次拨打艺龙热线，告知是因为酒店迟迟不给确认信息，在万般无奈下，自己拨打酒店预订部电话，从电话里听到两三个女孩子嘻嘻哈哈，根本不在工作状态，预定放在那根本没有管，根本不理会客户在前台焦急等待。这样的服务态度，工作意识怎么门做好酒店。
早餐更是奇葩，还不如快捷酒店的早餐。且不说品类是不是全的，最起码的卫生健康都达不到。面包片上趴着苍蝇，牛奶煮玉米直接是酸的，西瓜都是熟的发暗红色变质的……
总之，我永远不会再选择这家酒店。
还有酒店前台的脸上没有一点笑容，说话语气生硬刻薄，真是从没见过这种服务人员。因为他自己工作失误，竟然一而再再而三的半夜给客户打电话要押金……
总之，无语……
