订了多人间，（三张床、三张温泉票、三份早餐）因为酒店有会议，被迫换成了亲子间，并且说订的就是亲子房，很是不诚实，象其他酒店一般所订房间没有了！都是升级，作为星级酒店还降格，十二分不理解，说了一个一米五的大床和一米一的小床，结果大床只有1.35米宽，三个大人拥挤一个只有十几平米的小房子里，并且楼层底西晒，屋里躁热，中间空调竟然只有热风，问了客服说冷气没有开，只有热风。本是去看𧗾水湖面，结果给安排这样一房间，房费仍然收的是多人间的房费！因为会议早餐质量也大打折扣！唯有温泉服务还温馨。刚到酒店酒店竟然找不到实名所订的房间，打开携程提供了单号才找到订单，真是服了这个所谓的星级酒店！业务能力范围太差！还是软件太low了
