首先一天晚上回酒店空调坏了、在一天回酒店房门锁打不开。你们想想晚上上班到九点半到酒店十点了尽出些幺蛾子、最后一天走的时候发票开一半！愣是只能改签！！！我知道服务行业辛苦但你们也不能这样欺负消费者吧！那么多好评到底哪里来的？！
