这酒店和黑店差不多，用个吹风筒质量差，把前面胶热变型了，没自动断电功能，赖我们身上，硬要赔偿260元，和抢钱没区别。特别姓李的女主管，和黑社会差不多。房间卫生差，床上都是长头发，，建议客人入住小心为妙，湖南可是出土匪的地方，，黑！

环境可以，卫生可以，总体都可以。但有一点，在其他酒店是有免费瓶装矿泉水及茶叶包的，这里瓶装水没有，茶叶也是要付款才能享用。
