位置比较好，我们徒步到南岳大庙参观很近，是三层楼，条件对于个人来讲比较舒适，老板娘和善还告诉我们登山注意事项和路线省去了很多麻烦，店里也有香火消费，我们请了平安福88元，一袋子好多香。

优点：位置好，属于家庭类型旅馆，卫生条件收拾很好比一般经济型酒店卫生还要好些，透亮，该有设备都有、安全。
不足：独立洗手间小了点，我们来的时候是节假日，会比较吵，店里香火生意旺，清早好多祈福者。
其他：店里购买香火老板娘都会安排人全程免费陪同庙里烧香指导。价格有几十的一整套，也有一百多一整套。

三年之约，年底过来还愿，衡山香火旺，每年都是选择旷姨家，二三楼住宿房间干净今年被子特别新，还赶上他们家香烛加持非常灵气。

我住的是最便宜的那间，所谓的带窗户实际上窗户对着的是楼道，有几间可能是对着外面的街道的（可能也是价格比较高的几间），总体而言还行吧，卫生条件也不错，毕竟价格摆在那里

卫生状况较好。老板非常热情，会告诉我们怎么去大庙，怎么去衡山，在哪里吃东西比较好~~入住体验良好。唯一的不足就是晚上热水不是太热。其他的都挺好的。我朋友说，如果下次来玩，还订这家宾馆
