1. 进酒店大堂对前台说我在携程上面订了房，一个男的接待人员就回我一句携程？携程上面我们订不了房。我心里无语了，我是预付了！旁边一个女接待人员就问了我名字帮我查了一下，说我是预付的。之后交了押金入住了。2. 第二天中午出门前按了“请即清理”的服务，一个多小时回来以后，发现打扫得很随便！！！放在沙发上的枕头没有放回床上去，浴袍也没有挂回衣柜，出门前什么样回来就什么样！洗手间的洗漱用品，居然不给补给！前一天用了牙刷浴帽，第二天连新的牙刷和浴帽都没给！！！3. 浴室洗澡没有凉拖鞋，连防滑垫也没有，光脚在瓷砖上面踩着真的很不舒服，而且洗久一点点就开始积水！4. 作为号称四星级的连锁酒店，自助早餐种类真是少得可怜，而且食物真心不热，都是快冷的。
总之这次住的不是很愉快，希望提的建议能认真采纳！
