在网上预订，并收到确认信息，到前台登记入住时，服务员说没有预订信息，并且我要的房型没有了，要我住比原来预订价格多出168元的高级什么商务间，在我出示预订成功确认信息后，对方又说要不住高级单间，只要多付80元，我不接受这样的建议，对方只好说给我找个单间，并很快就安排到了单间。当晚我又在网上续了两晚，并得到前台确认，到第二天晚上9:40服务员来敲门，让我去楼下交房费。10点打电话上来说是前台没备注好，道了歉。酒店的管理、服务实在是有很大提升空间。
