地理位置，实在太好了，沿江风景不错门口还有散步的公园，房间设施设备齐全达到了大堂挂着的四星标准，停车场挺大的，我是真怕住宿找不到停车位感觉，来的比较晚没有吃晚餐房间有送的小果盘将就一下，早餐味道确实不错就是种类太多我一样尝了一下就饱了。

恒瑞应该是衡东最好的酒店了，交通方便，在江边，风景优美，停车方便，房间卫生可以，早餐丰富，美味，但房间隔音效果不好，清晰听到其他人在走廊说话的声音。

布置有点可爱，服务人员态度都很热情亲切，房间宽敞，设施设备都不错，有需求也能及时得到反馈，落地窗看江景非常好。前台热情好客，给我做了升级入住。晚上回来的晚，房间做好了夜床赠送了小甜品，还附了暖心的留言，下次还会继续选择这家酒店。

酒店开业时间久，但来衡东首选还是他们家，性价比高，入住时得知他们在翻修客房，帮我升级到新装修好的商务房。落地窗看江景不错，下雨天河水浑浊，马路边人行车辆少，但听着雨声赖床挺安心的。小孩也睡得香，差点错过了早餐时间。早餐丰富，随便搭配吃。经营久的星级酒店服务还是有保障，服务态度可以，房间设备齐全。晚上外出吃饭回来后，房间还开了夜床，值得推荐!
