携程确实不是很负责任，像这样的酒店也能当作三星级推介给会员。酒店没有电梯，前台服务不令人满意。床底下脏得很，壁纸都发霉了。空调很不给力，卫生间连块浴帘都没有。早餐也很差劲。

态度超差！网络不含早餐，关键你给钱都不卖！你就是要出去吃！你就是要出去吃！要不是另一个服务员一再道歉说啥也不会住他家！后来又是各种问题！电视不能用，没有风筒，打扫完卫生没有沐浴露和洗发水！服了！最后一次！绝不再去！

这酒店，让人无语了。订的时候含早餐，第二天告知厨师请假了，没有早餐，这是理由吗？还让我们找老板。然后结账，开房的时候刷卡付的房费，一共605。押金600给的现金。退房的时候，说房费算错了，没经过我们同意，就要从我们押金里面扣。其实也就十几块钱，但是房费小票和押金单上的金额是多少，你就应该按照那个算。否则你第二天告知我一间房五百，那我岂不是还要到给你钱。难道什么都由酒店说的算吗。服务态度还牛的不行，房间还算不错，但是这样的态度住着都不舒服。
