讲服务:有专车接送高铁到酒店，所有的服务人员都非常有礼貌；讲硬件:酒店非常新，设施都很好，一入住有专门的人员一路送我们到客房，客房内还有新鲜水果，甚至晚上还有糖水送，真不错；讲其他:一切都很好很好。

酒店服务很好，宾至如归，自驾免费停车安全方便，去游客中心坐几分钟免费公交车即到，房间舒适安静，有免费水果点心，早餐品种多，音乐酒吧吃饭口味很好，性价比高，沐足很专业。赞！

选择这家酒店的原因是第一眼被酒店名字吸引到了。来到酒店前台，女服务员非常阳光热情，服务很周到，考虑周全。上电梯要刷卡，这点挺好的。客房卫生相对弱一些，还需要提高。

本来打算只住一晚，不赶时间也没提前买高铁票，又要在这逗留一晚了😀，下午来办入住的时候又是昨天那个美女管家静姝接待的，人超nice，要我定好高铁票了提前告诉他帮我预约司机，每年都会来，以后都就选他们这了，下午茶都有
