不错的体验，服务很细心！进门就有欢迎水果，服务生还帮忙开好空调！床品很舒服，还有免费送站服务(限衡山西，提前2小时预定)睡得也很舒服，送车时还有水果和矿泉水送。很细心的服务，值得回票价！

价格涨了，可是综合服务差了很多！我们到店的时候前台给了热毛巾擦手，又是送上热茶，这个给个赞！但是，我明明订了两个房间，我也给了你2个身份证，为何只给一个房间？？？是不看系统嘛🙄？首先，房间卫生变差了，虽然酒店在用下午茶做贴补，但是你们的布草发黑了，最不能忍受的是掀开地巾，蹦出来一个大惊喜→跳蚤！！！所以除了前台服务能表扬外，其余的希望酒店自己思考自己的综合服务吧

去之前了解到酒店服务不错，入住体验果然如此！预订高铁衡山站往返接站，师傅提前发短信联系我，及时接送，真的很温暖。办理入住，大堂里美女送上养生茶，热毛巾。礼仪很到位。房间有礼物、有水果送，送站时又送了苹果和水，真是太贴心啦！以后来衡山游玩选这家酒店啦。
