酒店环境非常好，特别是前台 欣欣 服务非常周到细心，非常热情，还帮我预约了免费的衡山西高铁接送，棒棒哒！酒店对面有免费的公交车到游客服务中心，几分钟，去大庙步行就可以到达目的地，非常方便，因为酒店在街上，早餐还不错，(ﾟДﾟ)ﾉ适合不爱找路线的朋友住哦，推荐来，而且服务非常好！给赞👍

很棒的酒店。一进门就有紫言热情的管家招待，还帮忙提东西，有丹丹、丽霞热情的前台服务，酒店备的罗汉果茶也不错。一进房间很温馨，屋内干净整洁，卫生做的非常好，洗澡热水也好，还有免费提供的水果及饮料都是很新鲜的，酒店早餐也不错。入住这里性价比很高，离景区也不远而且这里入住挺安静的，下次来继续入住，有家的感觉。

第二次入住了。酒店位置好，离景点近，还有专车接送。房间设施齐全，干净卫生。前台服务热情，特别表扬一下接待我们的素珍和樊樊，一进门就让我们有宾至如归的感觉。酒店早餐丰富美味。
