看是市区以为会比较好一点，结果订的时候显示房间是可取消的，但是想退却打电话退不了，还不给退钱，酒店说给帮忙解决，结果不了了之，态度很敷衍，房间没窗户，很闷，感觉不好，

酒店前台服务很好，大堂卫生干净，酒店空调暖气很足，有书吧，酒店大堂有香味，前台服务员办理手续很快，人长的也蛮漂亮，房间隔音效果好，卫生很干净，洗漱用品也是免费的，值得推荐，赞一个，下次还会再来。
