大家注意了，这家店被艺龙公示虚假信息（客服说是公示的携程网的价格），订完之后告诉你是午夜房，如需入住，请先致电酒店。客服61377号不解决任何问题，无限制的绕圈子，说不知道是谁的责任，且自称客服就是虚伪的，所谓让主管解决，到现在不解决。简直无耻至极。用了多年艺龙的龙粹会员，服务却是如此不堪，一个没有廉耻的客服，没有责任感的企业，坐等你over！
