房间的装修还可以，只是地毯比较旧色、烂旧，而且房间有渗水的情况。酒店内服务质量有待改善，不会主动与客人在消费前解释任何东西，到最后客人发现就会用“他/她新来的什么都不知道”来推卸责任。提醒各位住客在消费前一定要问清问楚。

打车从火车站到康年应该在10-15块之间，的士司机看你是外地的都会宰你，至少要30，直接砍到10或者15就好了 呵呵 好了我说完了，没啥说的了 房间有点旧，早餐是那种粤式的早茶，点餐的，20元早餐券可能是双人床，够一个人吃 呵呵

忘了 补充一点，算是优点吧，康年的位置还凑合，靠近几个商业街，很多卖服装的买东西的，对面有几个休闲服务的地方，呵呵 霓虹闪烁，有这方面爱好的人可以考虑去住住，康年本身也有好像，晚上会打电话

服务不好，前台人员都没个笑容的，而且有个质量很好的伞，退房的时候忘记在房间了，后来过了半个小时想起来回去拿，说已经没有，还说我根本没丢在哪里，我记得好好地，呵呵 只能证明这个酒店太差了，房间各方面环境一般，有些灯根本都不亮，床还凑合，被子太厚了。

老酒店,装修实在残,外面抽风口的声音大,窗不能关紧,空调像火车在动,靠浴室的墙都发霉,空调不起甚麽作用,又闷热,又湿,又嘈杂的环境,想到睡得怎样吧.
