1.晚上十点多入住，酒店服务人员非常少，气温较低，没有提供热茶水。
2.该酒店位置十分偏僻，但是位于高铁站附近，所以一般是搭动车的旅客在此入住，要是来旅游不建议住这个酒店。
3.入住时确认单上写有早餐，结果到早上去一楼准备就餐时，服务人员告知网络平台订房全部没有早餐，不管是艺龙、携程还是去哪儿等等。那如此歧视网络订房那以后就不要放到网络平台卖啊？那个餐厅的女经理对我们旁边那波也是网络订房的人还大声的说不好意思，没有就是没有，其实那波旅客态度蛮好的也没有为难你们，我们在旁边看都觉得好尴尬，明明是你们的那张确认单误导大众，最后还怪到旅客头上，别人也不是乞丐吧…
4.酒店的装潢其实很一般，问服务员说已经开张大半年了，但是房间里面装修味道还是非常重，带有小孩或者是孕妇还有对气味敏感的朋友千万别选，真的非常重，非常刺鼻！！！
