地理位置不错，去南天门大概半小时左右，但要去祝融峰恐怕要1个半到2小时，去程建议坐酒店的车，回建议从南天门坐车或索道，如果全程走路还是很考验人的，酒店古朴典雅，如果天气好看看满天繁星很诱人的，可惜我没有看到。条件还是不错，就是有点小贵。

酒店环境不错，幽静，有历史感，店主也很热情，饭菜可口，稍有些贵，不过在那种深山中，物质贵一些也正常，从酒店爬山到顶峰，大概1-2个小时。

因为此行的目的是看日出，所以这家酒店应该是最佳位置，我们从这里登到观日台花了1小时10分钟；选择在山上住，成功地避开了国庆期间汹涌的人流，明智之选。
