还行吧，大堂两个前台没一点笑容哦，这个服务就影响评价了。好像酒店旁边是一个酒吧，半夜了还有点吵。视野不怎样，窗外就是其它楼栋，看不见阳光的。优点就是房间还算大，地段可以，附近有个步步高方便购物吃东西。

环境设施都非常让人满意。
但服务就让人无法恭维了。
支付不能使用微信支付宝。
押金300，没带现金对不起。无法开房。
需要一个充电器。押金100，而且必须现金。
空有好的环境跟设施。
这辈子住的服务最差的一个酒店。

酒店位于衡阳市华新开发区的中心，到各处拜访亲友都不远，附近餐饮、娱乐和购物场所密集，生活方面十分方便。这是我们选择入住的主要原因，实际情况也很满意。不过酒店的内部条件实在不敢恭维，大堂很小，楼道阴暗且曲折，房间门板与门框居然不吻合，晚上在楼道里可以明显地看见门缝透出的灯光，也可以清晰地听见房间里的电视节目声音。洗手间的洗漱台冷热水龙头和浴室都不统一，差点以为没有热水。保洁员往楼上运送工具就与客人一起挤电梯，也是无语了！
