住着舒心，周围吃喝玩乐很方便，离衡阳站几分钟路程。卫生方面很干净，值得表扬，房间宽敞明亮.。礼貌待人方面有待提升，今天下来退房14点左右，有个值班人员（短头发那个）确实太差了，我都不知道怎么用词表达了，给人的感觉就像嘲笑顾客一样，我住你们宾馆很多次了，哪个态度好，哪个态度差我都知道，只是不知道你们名字而已，在大街上哥都认识你们
