设施不错，地段很好，吃饭娱乐周边很多，但是昨晚发生了一点小插曲，3楼KTV太吵，11点多跟前台服务员反馈，服务员的态度口气素质跟四星酒店的服务差距较大，多亏值班经理协调帮我换房，还亲自跑来送房卡，道歉，很感激，为值班经理帅哥点赞。

酒店房间很干净，位置也很好，周边配套服务很齐全。简简单单的早餐，对我来说足够了。也不知道是运气还是其它原因，第一晚，我凌晨1点睡的，2点被走廊里的喧哗吵醒了；第二晚，原本准备睡到自然醒，早上8点被走廊里服务员的说话声吵醒了。

我来到衡阳首选西湖饭店，因为客房宽敞，卫生整洁，设施齐全，已经多次入住。但对早餐供应的品种质量感觉有明显下降，希望能够立即改正，不要因此砸了自己的招牌。
