2013年8月24日入住该酒店，一进入房间空气浑浊，地毯上竟然布满被烟蒂烧过的痕迹（我定的2个房间情况一样）；我住的房间，房卡的作用就是插电，每次开房门都要找服务员。我们下午14时40分入住，我和太太一个房子，小孩和我父母一个房子，在15时30分左右有两个男人敲我父母的房子。小朋友开门之后，发现陌生人，就问找谁？两人没有吭声往房里走，见了我父母之后转身大摇大摆走了（18时，吃饭的时候小孩才提起，当时心里很不舒服。但能够怎样？）。
所谓免费早餐，就是找一大婶到外面买的一盒蒙牛优酸乳和一片蛋糕，跟我说7：30送到；结果是8：00才送到，吃完早餐，结账。匆忙赶去万绿湖风景区，已经赶不上9：00的游船了！
