酒店卫生挺好，就是旧了点，环境还好，离亚洲第一高喷泉比较近，走过去看就可以了。价钱高了一些，路过其他酒店装修豪华的都才100多。

位置不错，看喷泉方便，设施较旧，确实有味道，但还好，周边吃的也很便利，后边几条街，各式吃的，对于吃货很重要！

地理位置很好，出去江边走不远就可以看喷泉。设施装修比较旧，但胜在还挺干净，晚上较安静可以好好休息。

周边环境一流，就在市政府隔壁，晚上到江边散步很舒服，观赏亚洲第一高音乐喷泉。酒店原是政府接待用的，从位置和外观上看得出其往日的辉煌，但现在可用“败絮其中”来形容，房间设施老旧，一股霉味，毛巾不知用过多少年了，都已褪色。不知河源市政府是咋想的，虽然已私人承包，但还是迎宾馆的牌子啊！搞成这样丢的是河源的脸啊！报价不低，实在不值。

位置很好，就在江边，出门到江边就可看到喷泉了，环境很安静，有足够的停车位，有安全感，卫生也可以，酒店里有一家餐厅，早上可以在那里喝早茶。但房间的设施确实很旧了。
