1、交通拥堵，在大型商超一起。在周围转了近半个小时才进到停车场，并再找了20分钟才找到停车位！
2、设施不完善，豪华房竟然没有冰箱！房间比较小。
3、卫生差，进房就闻到较浓的烟味（两间房都是）前台并没有询问是否去无烟楼层（看到小孩也没有反应）可能没有无烟楼层？最不能接受的是床头柜抽屉里有烟灰！
整体上非常失望！特别是被评为最有人气的酒店！
