第一次住丽枫就遇到很不好的体验，退房时以毛巾有茶迹为由要收取我们10元的清洁费，经过一番交涉之后又不用收我们的，搞到大过年的心情很不好，虽然知道现在很多连锁酒店都是加盟的，但希望也能够做好服务标准管理。
