  感谢河源桔子水晶酒店为我们此次庆祝母亲生日的自驾之旅提供了舒适难忘的住宿体验。整体而言，酒店的硬件设施与服务水准完全超出了我对该价格段酒店的预期，细节之处尽显用心。 入住前的沟通与安排： 预订时我曾留言说明需求，包括希望预留车位、安排高层安静的非吸烟楼层、两间房相邻或相近，且不要尾房。办理入住时，前台一位会说粤话的男员工主动提及并细心安排了所有要求，完全满足我们的需要。他的服务态度亲切专业，全程面带笑容，让我们感受到贴心与尊重。 酒店环境与设施： 酒店停车场设于地面及地库，位置充足，地库停车更可避免车辆日晒雨淋，十分便利。大堂设计美观且高级，令人印象深刻。房间内提供免费迷你吧及咖啡，为住客带来额外惊喜。 唯一可改进之处： 约晚上11时左右，房间浴室内传出较明显的烟味，推测可能与通风系统有关，建议酒店可进一步检查并改善，以确保非吸烟楼层的空气品质。 整体印象： 尽管有上述小插曲，但仍不影响我对酒店的高度评价。退房时还收到两份丰富的伴手礼，为此行画上温馨句点。未来若有机会再访河源，或推荐朋友前来，我必定首选贵酒店。 再次感谢全体员工的周到服务，尤其是那位细心安排的前台小哥，让母亲的生日之旅更加圆满愉快。
