酒店前台的那个女服务员非常不专业。到酒店前台拿身份证登记入住，居然说没有这个订单，没有房间。把订单确认号给她看，还说没有找到，后来打电话去艺龙投诉，才说有这个房。希望酒店可以对员工多加培训！
