卫生不好还不说，住了后要求开发票，却告诉我房费是不含税的，要求加10%的税金，这也认了，可还说开的发票不含税金，也就是说我等于拿钱买发票，最后我要打税务局电话投诉了，才将税金一起开进去了。黑店！

一般吧，第一次用艺龙订酒店，居然有一个订单没有过去，而这个订单还要信用卡担保，打电话给客服，说半个小时给回电话，一天都没回，太差了
