帮朋友订俩个房间，酒店在本地档次还可以，环境非常好。办理入住很快，前台cyril服务热情周到，早餐丰盛，房间很大很舒适，洗手间里还有大浴缸，舒服舒服。对面就是牡丹园。晚上夜景也非常好看。。。旁边是个商场购物方便。

酒店离高速路口很近，堵在高速上了中途下来，没想到遇到了一家很不错的酒店，游泳池很棒，早餐也不错，服务人员都很棒！特别是前台小姑娘Krystal帮忙拉行李。下次有机会还会来菏泽入住。大堂凤凰很气派。

前台服务热情周到，由于当天我们路上赶上下雨，到酒店已经天黑了，非常疲惫。前台的男服务员特别热情迅速帮我们订好房间，还送了一份水果。问我们有什么需要可以联系他们，还有一个男服务生带我们到房间，帮我们搬东西，服务非常周到。谢谢！

刚到酒店就有保安过来指挥停车，一进大堂有礼宾员过来拿行李，疫情期间酒店的管理很严格，防疫措施很到位，这也让我可以安心入住。前台帅哥Jason热情的为我办理入住，向我耐心的介绍周围环境，房间干净整洁，温馨舒适。最令人惊讶的是，酒店给赠送了果盘、苏打水和酸奶，还给留了一张手写的欢迎信，简直五星级服务水准！
