  酒店位置便利、衞生一流、服务超赞，房间明亮整洁无异味，床品舒适睡得香，工作人员热情又高效。早餐种类多味道好，还能免费停车，性价比超高。抵达酒店的当晚着急赶方案，手忙脚乱把咖啡洒在了重要的会议资料上，纸张瞬间晕开一片污渍，我急得团团转，抱着试试的心态拨通了前台电话。没想到接线的工作人员不仅没有丝毫不耐烦，还轻声安抚我别慌，説马上帮忙解决。几分钟后，一位小哥就带着纸巾、塑封袋和新的文件夹赶来，帮我小心擦拭污渍，还贴心地把没弄脏的资料整理塑封好。一件不起眼的小事，却让人感受到了酒店满满的诚意。这样细致入微的服务，必须满分好评！

  很大很乾净，隔音非常好，附近交通也非常便利，退房走的急落下东西了还打电话给我确认，可以帮忙邮寄，服务非常非常贴心，好评！！！

  本来只是一次临时的出差入住，却因为这家酒店的贴心服务，让整个旅途都充满了温暖和惊喜。办理入住时，我像往常一样递上身份证，前台小姐姐核对讯息后，笑着跟我説了一句“生日快乐呀”，瞬间让我愣了一下——连我自己都快忙忘了当天是生日。更没想到的是，这只是惊喜的开始。进房间放下行李后没多久，服务员送来一盘精美的果盘，还有一张手写的生日贺卡，字里行间满是真诚的祝福。晚上忙完工作回到酒店，还发现床头多了一份晚安甜品，是我爱吃的芒果布丁，旁边的便签上写着“祝您有个甜甜的好梦”。那一刻真的特别感动，在外奔波的疲惫一下子就被这份用心化解了。 从前台的一句祝福，到房间的布置和礼物，每一个细节都能看出酒店的用心。硬件设施也完全在线，房间乾净整洁，床品柔软舒适，衞浴用品一应俱全，隔音效果也很好，睡得特别安稳。这次入住体验真的超出预期，不只是一次简单的住宿，更是一次被用心对待的温暖旅程。已经把这家酒店推荐给了身边所有朋友，下次来这座城市，一定还选这里！
