首先，我定的大床房没了，给我换的标准间。这都还好，我脸上长有痘痘，晚上不小心扣破了皮，弄了点血在枕套上，叫我洗枕套是几个意思，听我是外地口音？外地人好欺负？？下次一定不会再来这酒店。
