空调不好，半夜热醒，折腾很久都不愿意给我换房间，凌晨三点找工程部的人修，修好凉了四个小时左右又没有冷气了，花三百住一个蒸笼房，每天睡觉时间不超过三个小时，被热哭。这种处理事情的方法，我很质疑有没有管理，有没有培训。这种情况为了保证住户愉快的入住，应该立刻换房，已保证客人能心情愉悦。不说了，今天凌晨五点打前台电话不接，下楼让前台处理，还是不愿意换房给我，又是让工程部修一下，凉到现在又开始热哭了。我要退房了！差评！严重差评！
