这家酒店是我住过觉得最赞的，进入大堂酒店工作人员马上递上一杯暖暖的罗汉果茶和热毛巾就让你感受到了温暖，非常热情，办完入住送我们到电梯口就介绍了酒店的一些设施设备。因为我们是晚上9点多到酒店一进到房间就发现房间已经开好灯，房间还配了小点心和水果，最重要的是房间的一些手写卡片就让你体会到了酒店的用心。我是来这边徒步旅游的，前台跟我们推荐了徒步路线，第二天一早我就坐上前台小徐给我说的（景区专送车）来经过沿途无限的美景到达山顶可见非常漂亮，前台小徐说这个地方与世隔绝，是各地驴友们访幽探奇的好去处景色非常漂亮，总之这次的出行很开心，有这么好的酒店，这么好的酒店员工，这么好的景色。

酒店是朋友推荐入住，非常满意👍 ，前台小姐姐服务很热情周到，房间干净整洁，一进门感觉不错，意外惊喜的是客房还赠送了一份果品，房间还贴心的摆放了润肤霜（冬天用这个真是太需要了🤗 ），床也舒适，一次非常愉快的入住体验。强烈推荐哦👍

十一长假临时3号晚上预定的亲子房（我们是三女），第二天晚上到达，立即被宽阔的大堂吸引了，网上预订只有二份自助早餐，前台服务员说可以补加一份，好像第一次在维也纳酒店有免费的自助早餐。谢谢了！房间很新，也很干净。唯一有点不开心的事就是Wi-Fi链接上了有信号但是不能登录，不知为什么？

酒店位置稍偏，里面卫生条件挺好，服务也热情贴心，不过部分硬件有待更新，比如我入住房间的电吹风是坏的，卫生间有点小，且设计不太合理，感觉不好用，期待下次入住会有大的改善
