设施一流，很干净，但前台人员表情让我以为欠她八千块钱，十楼房间里能听到外面空调外机的声音，很吵，我定的是贵宾房，所以很质疑是否是贵宾房。如果贵宾房是这种样子或冒充贵宾房，就很需提升和改进了。

入住的时候特别询问前台：早餐的时间，前台告知7点开始，结果7点过去的时候，餐厅已经有不少的客人准备用餐，但是食物基本没有，直到我们就餐结束烫粉的汤都没有出来！关于停车问题，入住的时候保安指引停在了酒店门口，其它什么都没有说，第二天早上离开时被告知过夜车辆要收10元停车费，请问哪个住酒店客人的车不过夜吗？问前台居然说：贺州的酒店都要收停车费，虽然10元钱不多，但是以往住酒店从来没有被酒店收过停车费，如果停车的时候告知也比较能接受！1晚400多的酒店房间没有免费矿泉水！这次的入住经历告诉我，不仅这家酒店以后不敢住了，以后经过贺州都不要下高速公路！

贺州地方不大，酒店经常接待一些公务出差，周边吃的还是比较多的，走到市中心广场也就十来分钟，性价比很高。就是停车要收费，保安没有工资发放吗？

三星级酒店，卫生还可以，到商业区灵峰广场大约1公里多一点，服务还不错，有干衣机超级方便
