该酒店设施不完善，没有电梯来回四楼很辛苦，冲凉房连水龙头都没有水压不足，洗个澡很不方便，好有有免费湿泉送

酒店送温泉门票，去温泉也很方便。就是等我们晚上7.8点钟到达酒店时，酒店没有查到我们的 订单，要我们自己联系艺龙，艺龙客服让我们等几分钟说前台在处理，前台接了一个电话后，没有安排我们入住，而且听他们跟别的客人说标间没有房了。我更急了，再次找艺龙，艺龙继续让我等，而且客服还挂了我的电话，悔恨没有记下客服的工号。结果我们四人等了差不多一个小时，在我要提出投诉的时候，酒店前台其中一个工作人员很迅速的安排我们入住。

干净整洁，不错，送了温泉票。原来看评论说设施陈旧，心里有些怕。但是看到现场感觉还是挺干净的。原来订单人间，酒店换了一间有阳台的双人间。阳台很大。不错。晚上在阳台听蝉鸣鸟叫。

标间的客房还算大，有阳台很好，卫生间有点老旧。去温泉的地方要走一段路，温泉池不多，就几个还算大的。总的来说包含了温泉还可以啦。
