  之前已有不少朋友推介贺州西溪森林温泉度假村，今天终于亲临体验了一下，确实不错！ 交通：从清远市区出发220公里，车程3小时，最后20多公里是多弯山路，慢速行驶，其他都是高速公路。正值疫情严峻期间，出入省界都有关卡查验健康码和行程码。 酒店：高大上，五星级配置，设施应有尽有，有些容易忽略的地方设计也很巧妙，如马桶旁有地方放手机，冲凉间和阳台有挂钩，有提供多插头充电线等，阳台私家泡池也很私密，氛围不错。中餐厅菜品不错，味道很好，份量足，住客用餐有折扣，还提供送餐到房间服务，送餐加收餐费15%的服务费，可以接受。这段时间各地疫情严峻，为减少人群聚集，自助早餐取消了，改为由客人点餐，服务员免费送早餐到房间，品种也不少，味道不错，更适合睡懒觉的人，可以睡到自然醒再慢慢享用。 温泉：公共温泉区有30多个池，依山而上，网红的无边际温泉大池在山顶上。这段时间疫情紧张客人很少，池子只开放了一半。水质真是一流，柔滑细腻，温泉水不停的流动，水清澈干净得令人赞叹。温泉区的工作人员服务到位，几乎每泡一个池都有服务员端来茶水，并整理摆放好客人的毛巾和拖鞋等，态度非常好！入住酒店的客人录入指纹后可在入住期间无限次进入公共温泉区。房间阳台的小泡池住客可享用三池水，我们中午入住，下午去了公共温泉区，晚上和次日早上都泡了房间阳台的私家小泡池，非常舒服。 这次行程非常满意，几个同伴也赞不绝口，如果非要挑问题的话，我觉得酒店路边的指示牌指引不够清晰：我们是自驾到达且是第一次来，导航提示已到达目的地，但周边几幢建筑都很相似，路边虽有指示牌但字小看不清，本来找的是酒店大堂却直接去到了公共温泉区，经服务员指引再往前开，却又到了一个正在建设中还未开放的大堂，再继续往前找才到了办理入住的酒店大堂。路牌指引这方面个人认为可以做得更好！

  酒店隔音效果一点都不好，隔壁房间讲话听得清清楚楚，刚好碰到喝醉了隔壁，闹到一点多，跟酒店投诉迟迟才来！还有就是每次进入温泉区要刷指纹识别，这是对个人隐私一点没有保障！
