房间还是不错的，工作人员服务态度也还可以，酒店只有一个电梯，人一多等电梯都得等好久，然後房间里的空调真的得吐槽一下，一点都不制冷，开到18度房间温度永远是27度！还有就是早餐，早餐时间是7点到9点半，第一天八点半左右下去的居然没啥吃的了，好多餐盒都空了，後来找了工作人员才又加了点包子，油条和炸鸡柳！勉强住了两晚！

原本入住几天过程中体验感还行，不想做一个挑剔的顾客给一些负面的评价，但是遇到了一件很无语的事情，由於房间里没有矿泉水了小朋友口渴想让机器人送两瓶怡宝上来，就给前台打了电话没有人接，第二次给客房服务打去电话是一位男士接的电话，他语气很厌烦的对我説：现在没空，等会；啪就把电话挂了，我不能接受酒店这种服务态度，於是我回拨过去时换成了一位女士接的电话，我问她刚刚接电话的男士那种态度是什麽意思，她告诉我接电话的是一位顾客，因为他在办理入住时听到电话响了就随手接了电话！！！因为需要两瓶怡宝，然後被酒店另外一位顾客冲撞了，心里很不舒服…

We stayed here for one night and enjoyed it. Great location, next to the metro. There’s a big mall nearby. The hotel is clean, very modern. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot.
Staff seemed very friendly and professional. There are free drinks (including coffee) in the lounge, though we didn’t get to sample as we had an early flight.
Overall, we would stay again.

其一：停车场位置导航上压根看不到，进停车场的入口识别车牌後还是得酒店後台人工放行，而且得致电酒店，停车场毫无信号，由於车锁是手机开关，导致压根无法打开车门。
其二：酒店内WiFi信号很弱，房间空调开了等於没开

前台接待恭敬热情，办理入住还会上花茶，他们家的咖啡特别好喝，大堂有一种特有的香味，闻着特舒服乾净

酒店位置不错，处在比较繁华的区域。但是通过高德导航开车能看到酒店，但是没法开到酒店门口，通过携程电话也没办法打通联系到酒店，只能走到大堂跟前台沟通，前台服务员态度很好派人带我们去了地下停车场。周围吃饭这些很方便，房间设施硬件都不错，美中不足的就是刚刚开业装修气味还有点大入住前的多通通风，以後有机会还会入住，全部五星好评。

床很舒服。乾净。洗手枱跟马桶衞浴分开很方便。
离地铁口大概走4-5分钟。离公交车站也是。离内蒙古博物院，将军衙署都是大概2站地铁。
服务一般吧。续费了房卡不能用，要回前台去操作。最後一天专门问了説可以2点退房，结果1点多回去房卡又不能用了，又要重新去前台。非常不方便。
