香港的房间一向就是空间小，设施简陋，人员服务态度较冷漠，这次的居住经验除了地点还不错以外，其他都不怎么样，询问问题回复也不热诚，就连借个转接插头也是直接拒绝而叫客户自己去买，也难怪香港旅游越来越没落，很多朋友都宁可赶回深圳或珠海住，希望他们能有危机意识来激发出服务理念！

There’s nothing great about the hotel other than its close proximity to the HK West Kowloon Station for travellers who need to take the high speed train into China. It is only about 7 mins short walk using the underground passage leading to Austin Station which is linked to the high speed train station.
No toiletries nor even bottled water are provided.
Not worth the stay considering the price.

非常满意也很性价比，非常方便的地理位置，最重要是房间舒适，也干净！
一家人都住得非常开心，还可以提前免费寄放行李。
下次还会再来住！
