We recently spent four nights at the Alva Hotel Sha Tin and were thoroughly impressed from start to finish. This hotel truly excels in several key areas, making it a top-tier choice for anyone visiting Hong Kong.
Location & Convenience (10/10): The location is simply unbeatable.The hotel is directly connected to the Sha Tin MTR Station (East Rail Line) via a covered footbridge, making it literally a 3-minute walk away, rain or shine. This line provides direct access to:
· Lo Wu/Lok Ma Chau: For crossing into Shenzhen, China.
· Mong Kok East & Kowloon Tong: For switching to other MTR lines.
· Hung Hom: For the cross-harbour tunnel and future high-speed rail connections.

设施：对于香港而言这是一座非常新的酒店，设施非常完善，有自助洗衣，按钮只有一个，前台换币即可很方便
卫生：搞卫生的阿姨非常敬业，打扫房间非常及时
环境：环境非常好，拉开窗帘能看见山

入住期间遇上8号风球，但服务与设施都不错。职员都非常nice以及热心，见面会主动笑面打招呼。28楼泳池因为8号风球没有体验到，但看起来不错。唯一的小缺点为地理位置有小小两头唔到岸。离最近的地铁站以及沙田新城市有一段距离，虽然有接驳车但8号会停驶。但如果会经机场离开，非常方便，巴士直达。

The hotel is very clean, the rooms are spacious, and the bed sheets and bedding are extremely tidy. The pillows and mattress are very comfortable, and the large rain shower gives a spa-like experience with its water flow. The buffet breakfast offers a wide variety of food choices. It’s one of the top three best hotels I’ve stayed in over the past two years!
