旺角地铁站E1口出走路10分钟，地段好，房价经济实惠。附近广东道上有个菜市场，水果很便宜，地铁口有个比较大的购物圣地"朗豪坊"。

酒店很好，比家庭旅馆安全精致，就是小点，这周边有菜市场吃饭很方便，价格还优惠，原来住尖沙咀吃的贵，还吃不饱，有菜市场吃的很好！
