房间的确有一些灰尘，自己需要做些简单的清洁，基本设施都还可以接受，房间挺大的，有张书桌。在电梯入口还看到可提供长期居住客人的带厨房和简单厨具的房间的广告。公共交通还是比较便利的。

房间有二十几平方，在香港算住得宽敞；装修略陈旧，设施较简单，电视机很老很小还不是薄款，吹风机转换插头可向前台借，幸好卫生让人满意。服务说不上热情，但工作人员有礼貌，而且因为不是旺区，宾馆内不会人来人往，周六晚上八点大堂也很冷清。红磡湾仔有城巴经宾馆门口，走路去香港仔中心和海滨约十分钟，日常购物运动也方便，码头有渡轮去南丫岛、赤柱，与鸭利洲一桥之隔。
