前一天订房很顺利，第二天就发生了很不开心的事，在艺龙支付了担宝金后，还迟迟处理不了客房！下单是上午11：30分前！等处理好了己是下午6点多，订房时价格是人民币1066！给果入住是HKD1430！还不住不行！如取消因为廷误了半天需要支付酒店半天房费！因客服人员的𨑳误导致我的精神和经济上的伤害！还投诉无门！真是消费者权益无法维护！！本人会尝试各种形式申诉！要个说法！
