我们入住的时候是国庆节，预订了三间房！预订的时候说是2点入住！我们到了酒店就只有间房！因为没有房我们的孩子都在大厅里面玩，可是服务人员竟然嫌我们小孩子乱碰东西什么的！如果入住我们还会在大厅，到最后还怪我们孩子乱！最后等到3点才让入住！推迟入住也没有任何道歉，这就是假日的品牌！
除了上述不爽以为，其他都挺不错的，酒店位置不好，距离油麻地地铁站至少走15分钟吧！酒店写的什么3分钟到地铁站纯属胡扯！

第二次入住了，服务没的说，一切都非常好。香港就是这样，房间小的可怜，但没办法都这样。服务特别好。就不知道艺龙什么时候给我退钱

对信和中心有着特别的情怀！机场直接坐A21到旺角信和中心，步行估计10min左右就能到，闹中取静！地铁也很方便！房间算香港比较大的，服务也超级棒！很满意！附上几张图，让各位感受一下！安心舒适的hotel！

房间不大，2张9Ocm的床拼起来够2大1小睡，还有个小沙发床。最贊的是早歺，同行12岁以下的小孩也有早歺票，白咖啡、朱古力都不错，在香港这地方每天三人早歺也值一百元多了。去油麻地地铁站很近，交通方便，一定要买八达通卡，小孩还有优惠卡。登打士街直走到大街就是弥敦道，商铺林立。

酒店较新，设施也不错，房间较内地小，与日本类似，就着旺角，油麻地，要去这些地方买东西的话住着方便
