备注了大床房，结果给个双床房，还说没房间没办法换，又不能退。描述说有21平米，最多就10来个平方。这种很一般了。一进门气味也不是很好。装修比较旧了。

酒店位置佳，出入方便。客房装修新净，简洁大方。服务人员办理入住服务好，耐心又细心，对入住说明得清清楚楚，还主动提供充电头。酒店性价比不错啦。

不推荐是因为周围都是卖五金的，环境不是太好，我想定的是上环那家，不知道怎么定错了，也不给换不给退，没办法才入住的，十二点左右到的孩子有些发烧，定的双床前台说两点后才有，暂时有大床可以给我们，前台还是不错的，在附近稻香吃了一顿饭，味道不好，服务也差，看见我叫她根本不理的，还嫌我们椅子挡着她走路了！即便真的挡了不能好好说呀，而且这不是应该你给安排的座位么！真是凶，不推荐，太势利
