这个酒店，是假日酒店中服务最不好的一家，而且很小很挤，房间卫生也一般。同期去的香港澳门，澳门的酒店服务好很多，房间也大。

这个酒店怎么说呢，很小，很挤，设施不全，比国外的假日酒店差很多，能不给的都不给，说有需要找前台，找了前台也是自己去领，你要任何东西，前台都告诉你自己来前台领，比别的酒店服务差的不是一星半点。说到香港澳门，澳门的服务真的好太多。

酒店没得说，离地铁站很近去哪都方便。坐到上环站A2出口出来看不到酒店千万别用导航，非给你导蒙了，直接给酒店打电话指引一下一会就到，酒店对面有一个“7”连锁超市。酒店设施较新，卫生也很干净，就是不大，香港多数酒店都这样，寸土寸金在这里充分显现。
