因为在尖沙咀附近要办个事情，定了这个酒店三次，前两次都被酒店取消资格，说没房间，第三次才成功…问题是没取消一次价格就加一百…这是钓鱼吗？另外，入住的时候因为艺龙和酒店的沟通问题，把入住人名字写了一个半，在酒店前台等了一小时才解决问题！艺龙国内客服解决不了，国际客服经常不在线，香港电话也一直占线，什么鬼！
总之，酒店唯一好处就是地段好，酒店服务很差，周末这一千多的高级房间和国内速8差不多，还是给了二楼的房间！这么多次在艺龙订酒店，体验最差！
